It's been a LONG time

Well I can't believe I haven't blogged since Jan. WOW!! Ok, well let's see what has been going on. Work, eat, sleep, work, eat, sleep and on and on. lol!! Anyways Dustin has lost 2 teeth now, Dakota not even one loose. Poor thing. The tooth was VERY generous she gave him $5 each. School is almost out for the summer. Well I will have summer program in June but it's ok. So as of May 30 the boys will be 1st graders. Wow!! where has the time gone. Seems like yesterday we just brought them home from the hospital. Dakota has a red dot on his forehead. Went to a skin doctor she said it was just a busted blood vessel. It can go away on it's own in like months or even years. Or it will never go away. OR she can make it go away with 1 treatment. What's the treatment you might ask well... they have to put numbing cream on his forehead 2 hours before hand. then they go in and put a electric NEEDLE in it to shock it. Well let me tell you that the busted blood vessel in harmless and we choose to leave it alone for the time being. Dakota heard the part about the needle and said "NO WAY!" At least for now we have one more way to tell them apart... we have RED DOT or NO DOT. We're getting ready for camping season. CAN'T WAIT!!! I guess that is all for now. Love YA!!

Yeah it's been a while!

Sorry guys, it's been a while. We are all ok, just busy. I just wanted to come and let everyone know that we are alive. The boys are still doing great in school. Brad has worked alot of overtime this week, and well I am just plain tired when I get home everynight. We now have our old house under contract. So hopefully everything will go right to close on it at the end of next month. YAY!!!!

Mom vs. 2 six year olds

Ok this conversation happened the other morning on the way to school.

Dakota: When we bought the new house did you use the money out of our piggy bank?
Me: No we didn't. Why?
Dakota: Cause if you did we could have bought a bigger house.
Me: Is the new house not big enough for you?
Dakota: No it's not big enough for 16 children.
Me: WHO HAS 16 CHILDREN????????????
Dakota: We do. He He He!!!! (let me tell you that his little laugh was the same one that I get when they are about to throw something at me.)
Me: NO WE DON'T HAVE 16 KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dustin: How about 22 kids!!!!!!! He He He!!!!!!! (same laugh as from Dakota)
Me: NO WE DON'T AND WON'T HAVE THAT MANY KIDS!!!!!!
Dakota: Why not!! I want us to have 16 kids!!
Dustin: How about 22 kids!!!!!
Me: NO!!!!
Dakota: Well how about just one more!
Dustin: NO 22 is what we need!
Me: Well Dakota if it happens it happens.
Dakota: Well we need 16!
Dustin: 22
Me: Nope all we need are you two. And besides that if we had that many kids then you wouldn't get as much TOYS and FOOD as you get now! (good point thinking this would change their minds)
Dustin: nope 22
Dakota: nope 16
Me: NOPE NOPE NOPE
Dustin: Ok how about 4
Me: How about 2
Dakota: How about 3
Me: Come on lets get inside the school or we will be late.

Ok, I finally found pics of the new house. We LOVE the house. We also got mama moved into a new house too. I only have one week left of school then we have 2 weeks off. YAY!!! New House

Well we moved into a NEW HOUSE!!!!!!!!!! I didn't realize how big it is. The boys now have a room that they sleep in and a room just for TOYS. Can you say SPOILED?!?! It also has a 35 x 40 shop. Out camper fits in. Well anyways, we LOVE it. I will post a picture soon of it.

Ok sorry guys that is has been SOOOOOOOOOO long since a update. Well I have been really tired when I get home from work. AND we have been looking for a new house. Well we found one and we will be moving soon!!! YAY!!!! we are so excited but I am tired of packing already!!! I need to let Kassie know that I had a great time at scrappink. Kari we missed you SOOOO much. I got alot done which was nice. Anyways I hope to be on here alot more and update more. Now I have alot to read on everyone's blogs. Love YA!!

Birthday!

Well Friday Dustin had to stay home because he was sick. He was better by that evening. Well yesterday was their birthday party. Let me tell you they made out. They got so many toys, and some clothes. They are spoiled!!! Well, Yesterday Dakota started not acting right but he was fine. We woke up this morning and Dakota is now the sick one. So I am trying to get him back healthy. I thought that I would post a pic of them with their cake. I hope no one else ends up sick. The good thing is that both of them have not ran any fever.

EXHAUSTED!!!!!

Well last weekend we went camping. We got to tube which was fun, fun, fun but i was sore, sore, sore for a few days after. I will post some pics later when I get them. Anyways my after school program started tuesday. I am exhausted!!!!!! I have 132 kids enrolled in the program and I forgot how hectic things can be. But it will get better as time goes by. First Day of School

Ok today was the boys first day of Kindergarten. Oh my they looked HANDSOME!!! They love their teacher. They had a great day. For me today went FAST!! My program does not start until next week. But I have this week to really get prepared for it and to get my tutors prepared. That is about it for here. We are just BUSY, BUSY. And we are going camping this weekend. So even more to do!! Oh one more thing, I went out to give the girls water tonight and what do I see going across the dirt. It was a "Our Little Guest" only smaller. All this rain has them out. But great thing that they are not harmful. Love YA!!

Ok so we have had like 6 to 7 inches of rain since last wednesday. Well we went out in the backyard tonight and Brad goes to put fresh water in the dogs water bowl. He goes to pick up the bowl and dump it out and look at what he found. A little Garter Snake. Then we ask the boys if they want to hold him. Well of course they say YES!! I think they may be the next Steve Irwin maybe?? They jsut wanted to keep holding him. Poor thing. But I think you would like to know we let him go back where we found him, under the dogs water bowl.

10 days

10 days until school starts. Or shall I say 10 days and my babies will be in Kinder. Oh my they have grown too fast. Well we have been watching some of the Olympics. The boys want to be in the Olympics when they get older for swimming. Ok this is funny because Dakota is somewhat afraid of the water. When we go swimming at a friends house he does NOT get in. Dustin will get in for a short time, but Dakota won't. SO I had to tell him in a nice motherly voice "if you want to be in the Olympics for swimming you have to start swimming when we go." Anyways, I hope everyone is well and everyone have a great Friday and great weekend!! OH and one more thing the boys are now Better!! YAY!!!

Camping

Well this weekend we went to Palo Duro Canyon. We went camping with some good friends that we could really call family. We had a blast but saturday we TOO hot!! Well we woke up this morning to Dustin AND Dakota both being sick. I think they got WAY too hot yesterday. Anyways I got some awesome pictures of them out there yesterday and I thought I would share.

last day

Well today was the last day of my summer program! YAY!! No more dealing with the summer lunch people which is run by the City. Let me tell you they are a pain in the booty. Well anyways since it was our last day we decided to have a awards ceremony for the kids. I had my tutors come up with an award for EVERY child. And not just your typical award. Well since Dustin and Dakota was in the summer program they got awards. Dustin was for the best super man move. The other day he flew out of the swing backwards, in mid air he laid flat out and rolled over and looked just like super man flying through the air. Now Dakota his award was for the most clumsy. If you know Dakota you know that this FITS him to a T. Only my child can fall off of the stool and bust his lip open. Then just maybe a hour later fall and hit his head. So now tomorrow I have to register them for Kindergarten. It just doesn't seem like they should turn 6 next month. The time flies by TOOOOOOOO fast!!

Lazy

Well I accomplished what I wanted for this weekend. I got my much needed rest. I ended up watching 4 movies yesterday. 3 during the day and 1 in the evening. Before the last one we went shopping for the boys birthday invitations. And today I cleaned house and still had time to be lazy. I feel so refreshed!

Vacation

Well we got back from vacation on Sunday. Let me tell you we have NEVER done so many things on vacation before. I am very much looking forward to the weekend to rest. Anyways this picture was taken on our way down Pikes Peak. Yes that is snow behind us. It started out like 77 degrees at the bottom by the time we got to the top it was 46 degrees. Well let me tell you that there was road construction on the way to the top, which had it down to one lane for a part of it. It started raining then hailing and then when we got to the top it was SNOWING!!! Talk about FUN, FUN, FUN!! Anyways on vacation we also went to the Zoo, Cave of the Winds, The North Pole, Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs and the Dinosaur Museum in Woodland Park. Along with the shopping and the fact that we took a extra child. Yeah we took Caysie she is 2 and we had to potty train her while we camped. No wonder I am TIRED!!!!!!!

Mean

How does one become mean?? I sit here and ponder this question. You may ask Kim why are you asking such a stupid question and why the hell are you pondering this. Well here lately and especially today I have been told by many, many people that I am TOO nice. And that is why some people take advantgae of me and treat me BAD. So I am asking how do I become meaner? I am not sure I can even do that. I can't be mean or can I.
